Main responsibilities:
- Analyze data on the department's services, processes and performance indicators, prepare insights and recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate KPI, PPI and SLA indicators, prepare reports and present results
- Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement, strengthen the culture of efficiency and quality in the department
- Identify opportunities for the application of artificial intelligence, automation and other digital solutions, initiate and test new tools and share best practices with the team
- Provide insights and suggestions for operational efficiency, automation and digitalization initiatives
- Participate in projects, prepare performance reviews and present results to stakeholders
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, methodologies and performance standards
What do we expect?
- Higher / postgraduate education
- Experience in the field of performance analysis, process improvement, project or performance management
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, provide and present insights
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge
- Practical experience in using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot) and the ability to adapt their capabilities to business needs
- Initiative, curiosity and result orientation
- Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and English
