HEAD OF OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE DEPARTMENT

We are looking for a leader who would shape and develop the organization's operational resilience system, ensure the effectiveness of risk management, compliance, corruption prevention, information security and personal data protection processes, and contribute to the implementation of the organization's strategic goals.

We will entrust you with:

• form and improve the organization's operational resilience, risk management and compliance system,
• ensure coordination, monitoring, analysis and continuous assessment of risk management processes,
• organize and coordinate compliance, corruption prevention, information security and personal data protection activities,
• identify risks arising from the organization's activities, coordinate their assessment and implementation of risk management measures,
• provide insights and recommendations on the impact of changes on the organization's activities and strategic decisions,
• ensure strengthening the culture of operational resilience, information security, compliance and risk management in the organization,
• consult managers and employees on issues of risk management, compliance and operational resilience, organize training and internal communication,
• initiate and coordinate investigations into potential violations, corruption prevention, information security, personal data protection or other compliance issues,
• ensure mobilization planning and execution of mobilization tasks organization,
• represent the organization in cooperation with state institutions, international organizations and other partners.

It would be great if you:

• have a university degree or equivalent,
• have at least 3 years of management experience,
• have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of risk management,
• have excellent knowledge of the principles of risk management, compliance, corruption prevention, information security and personal data protection,
• are able to assess organizational risks and make data-based decisions,
• are distinguished by strategic thinking, leadership and the ability to mobilize a team for common goals,
• have excellent cooperation, communication and stakeholder management skills,
• have good command of English,
• meet the requirements set out in legal acts necessary for obtaining a permit to work or access classified information.
