We are looking for an Expert in Operational Efficiency Processes who would contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, increasing efficiency and strengthening Lean culture in the organization. We are looking for an Expert in Operational Efficiency Processes who would contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, increasing efficiency and strengthening Lean culture in the organization. This is a position for someone who likes to analyze, optimize and see the real impact of their work - from the idea to the implemented result.
Your main responsibilities:
- Process analysis and efficiency: analyze existing processes, identify duplication, unnecessary actions, risks and improvement opportunities, provide practical solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality and financial results and simplify processes.
- Process standardization and increasing process maturity: increase the company's process maturity. Clearly describe, visualize and standardize processes, evaluate their performance in practice and promote consistent application of the PDCA principle.
- Document management: prepare, review and update process descriptions, procedures, instructions, forms, process maps and other management system documents, ensuring their relevance, clarity and practical applicability.
- KPI system maintenance: coordinate the establishment, monitoring and cascading of performance indicators in the organization, ensure the link of indicators with strategic goals, analyze results and initiate improvement actions.
- Support and improvement of the integrated management system: ensure the maintenance of the quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health management system in the company, prepare the necessary documentation in accordance with ISO audit recommendations (plan and conduct internal audits, conduct management evaluation analysis, etc.), ensure the application of ISO requirements in daily activities, monitor the compliance of processes with ISO standards and internal requirements and the company's preparation for ISO audits.
- Implementation of Lean culture: apply Lean methods and tools, such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, PDCA and others, organize improvement initiatives, involve employees in changes and strengthen the culture of continuous improvement.
- Consulting and cooperation: advise departments on process management, documentation, indicator monitoring and management system issues, help teams apply requirements and improvement measures in practice.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process analysis, optimization or operational efficiency improvement, preferably in the service sector.
- Higher education in management, quality management, process management or another related field.
- Practical experience in describing, analyzing and visualizing processes and applying process documentation/mapping tools, such as Bizagi Modeler or similar.
- Knowledge of Lean methods and tools and experience in their practical application; Green Belt or similar certification would be an advantage.
- Experience in process management, quality assurance, internal audits or management systems; knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles and ability to apply them in practice.
- Ability to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, assess their impact on operational efficiency and financial results, and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's work, achieve results without a subordinate team, by bringing together colleagues and collaborating with different departments.
- Excellent communication, consulting and collaboration skills when working with different teams.
