We invite you to join the RNDV Group team and become a Performance Efficiency Project Manager who sees not only the processes, but also the people behind them.   • Initiate and implement operational efficiency, process optimization and organizational change projects
  • Analyze organizational processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency-increasing solutions
  • Coordinate the implementation of changes and cooperate with different business units to achieve common goals
  • Consult managers and teams on process, project, risk and performance management issues
  • Lead initiatives focused on increasing productivity and optimizing costs
  • Contribute directly to the implementation of the organization's strategic goals and long-term growth

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • Higher education in engineering, management, business administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing process optimization, operational efficiency or continuous improvement initiatives (Lean knowledge would be an advantage)
  • Ability to see the organization systematically and identify the improvement opportunities that create the greatest value
  • Knowledge of process optimization and efficiency improvement methods
  • Analytical thinking, initiative and orientation towards measurable results
  • Organization and orientation to details, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively set task priorities
