Nature of work
- You will lead a project based on the principles of continuous performance improvement and coordinate its implementation in the organization;
- You will develop and implement a Lean / continuous improvement system, identify efficiency improvement opportunities together with departments;
- You will analyze the organization's activities and look for opportunities to reduce the volume of manual, repetitive and non-value-added work;
- You will initiate process digitization, automation and optimization projects, work together with IT, process owners and teams;
- You will assess the benefits of potential efficiency initiatives, prioritize them according to the value created and help choose what to implement first;
- You will coordinate projects from problem or opportunity identification to result assessment, set initiative indicators and measure impact;
- You will conduct Lean, problem solving and performance improvement workshops, help managers and teams apply Shingo principles in practice;
- You will foster a culture where employees see opportunities for performance improvement and initiate change.
Employee requirements
- Experience in operational efficiency, Lean, process optimization, digitalization, automation or organizational change projects;
- Ability to analyze activities and identify where changes in technology or work organization can create the greatest effect;
- Ability to assess the benefits, costs and potential efficiency effects of an initiative, base decisions on data;
- Project management experience, ability to coordinate the work of specialists in different fields, involve people in changes and facilitate meetings;
- Higher education. Great advantages – Shingo, Lean transformations, process automation or digitalization, Lean Six Sigma, project management or similar certificates.
