Nature of work
- Proactively identify efficiency opportunities in operational areas and initiate value-creating changes;
- Facilitate process analysis and problem-solving workshops, help set priorities and assess the benefits of changes;
- Develop change implementation plans and monitor their implementation;
- Consult with managers and teams, mobilize stakeholders and strengthen their engagement;
- Monitor KPIs, assess the impact of changes and initiate further performance improvements.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in management, business, quality management or related field);
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of operational efficiency or process improvement;
- Practical knowledge of LEAN methodology;
- Experience in applying Kaizen, VSM, PDCA, 5 Why, A3, SIPOC or other LEAN tools;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to moderate change workshops and ongoing process reviews;
- Experience in change management or project management - would be an advantage
- LEAN Six Sigma certifications - would be an advantage.
