We are looking for someone who can take a broad view of the company's operations - from daily processes to the interconnections between different departments. Your main goal is to analyze how we work today, identify what is not working effectively, and help create a unified, clear and effective operating system.
What are you going to do?
- Analyze the entire company's activities, processes and interconnections between different departments;
- Identify process shortcomings, repetitive work, gaps in information transfer and other inefficiencies;
- Together with department managers, look for solutions to simplify and make daily work more efficient;
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement system;
- Initiate process optimization, digitalization and automation projects;
- Evaluate which changes would create the greatest benefit for the company and determine their priorities;
- Coordinate process improvement projects from problem identification to solution implementation and result evaluation;
- Determine key performance indicators and assess whether the implemented solutions produce real results;
- Help connect the activities of different departments into one common and smoothly functioning system;
- Encourage the team to notice problems, propose solutions and constantly improve work processes.
What do we expect from you?
- We expect that you will have real experience in implementing business process, efficiency or organizational change projects and will be able to provide a specific example of your implemented project or recommendation from a previous workplace.
- Ability to see not only a separate process, but also to understand how it is related to other departments of the company;
- Ability to independently identify problems and offer practical solutions to them;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate with managers and employees from different areas;
- Initiative, responsibility and ability to achieve a specific result;
