OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY MANAGER

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Operational Efficiency Department. In this position, you will be responsible for operational efficiency, process architecture, and employee training in operational efficiency and process management. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By developing, implementing and maintaining process management standards and systems;
• By consulting on methodological process management issues, seeking operational efficiency;
• By preparing, organizing and conducting training;

• By creating and managing the process map architecture, taking into account the specifics of the company's activities;

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
