Main responsibilities:
- Implement the operations strategy and ensure its execution
- Coordinate operations budget planning and ensure budget execution control
- Ensure effective cooperation with suppliers and partners, control the execution of contractual obligations and organize the provision of services and resources necessary for the operation
- Create, implement and improve operational processes, ensuring their clear supervision and effective operation
- Initiate and implement performance improvement solutions that increase operational efficiency, quality and cost control
- Assess changes in legal acts and regulatory environment and ensure the implementation of necessary solutions in Train Operations activities
- Ensure effective unit operations, achievement of goals, team development and involvement, and smooth implementation of changes
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Supervisory work experience
- Knowledge of supplier management and procurement process principles
- Knowledge of project management standards and methods (would be advantage)
- Knowledge of process improvement principles (would be an advantage)
- Good English language skills, Russian language skills (would be an advantage)
- Microsoft Office 365 computer skills
