Your contribution to the team work:
- collect, systematize, process and analyze data from information systems and statistical data entry programs used in the institution;
- carry out quality control of statistical and operational data, inform responsible colleagues about detected discrepancies;
- calculate and analyze the institution's performance indicators, prepare statistical data summaries and various reports;
- identify trends, changes, risks and possible directions for improving performance;
- prepare clear insights, conclusions and proposals for management and structural units;
- develop and improve data analysis, visualization and reporting processes.
We hope you:
- you like working with numbers, have analytical thinking, are meticulous and attentive to details;
- you are knowledgeable in functional data statistics, statistical modeling and decision-making;
- you are able to explain what the data shows and what actions could be taken;
- you work well with large-scale databases and have experience with a database management system;
- you can call yourself an advanced user of MS Excel, and work experience with at least one software package (Power BI, R, Python or similar) in the field of statistics would be a great advantage;
- you have obtained a higher university education and completed a study program in statistics, econometrics, mathematics or computer science;
- you learn quickly, are curious and proactive;
- you have good communication and collaboration skills.
