Activity Coordinator

Coordinate the daily activities and administrative processes of the sales department.
Ensure a smooth flow of information between the sales team and other departments of the company.
Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators and provide insights to management.
Coordinate various projects, initiatives and their implementation deadlines.
Administer internal processes, documentation and ensure their accuracy.
Participate in planning sales activities, promotions and other team projects.
Assist the sales manager in organizing the team's work and solving daily operational issues.
Initiate and propose process improvement solutions that contribute to more efficient operations of the department.

Higher or higher education.
Work experience in activity coordination, administration, project coordination or similar field (experience in the trade sector is an advantage).
Ability to plan, organize work and effectively set priorities.
Analytical thinking, ability to work with data and prepare reports.
Good computer skills, especially when working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work both independently and in a team.
Responsibility, diligence, initiative and result orientation.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, knowledge of English would be an advantage.
