What is the Operational Service Center (VPC)?
The Operational Service Center is a team that takes care of various technical and data processes necessary for the smooth daily work of the company. We ensure that information related to products and suppliers is accurate, constantly updated and properly prepared for use in different systems. We work with several teams and contribute to various processes - from the preparation of new products to the maintenance of existing data, document administration and reporting. This is work "behind the scenes", but it is on it that the smooth functioning of the entire organization depends.
In this team, you will:

• ensure the smooth implementation of various processes - from information collection to technical implementation in systems;
• collect, systematize and administer information about products and suppliers from different sources;
• create, fill in and constantly update product cards (PIM/AX), ensure their accuracy;
• prepare and adjust product descriptions, adapt them to different markets;
• make data corrections and ensure that the information in the systems is relevant and consistent;
• coordinate the technical steps of product launch and update;
• prepare documentation for product labeling, initiate and coordinate translations;
• work with the administration of suppliers and related documents - from data entry to processing of invoices and credit documents;
• prepare and update reports, work with data analysis;
• perform other tasks necessary for the successful operation of the company.
