Main responsibilities:
Carry out repair planning and process execution
Analyze planned and actual repair indicators
Prepare repair demand forecasts based on loads and seasonality
Monitor budget execution, identify deviations and propose corrective actions
Lead the planning, analytics or accounting coordination team, delegating tasks and ensuring discipline
Initiate process improvement projects: increasing planning accuracy, improving work methodologies, improving data quality
Ensure effective cooperation
What do we expect?
Higher education (preferably in business management, finance)
At least three years of management work experience in the field of activity planning
Knowledge of technologies and innovations used in the field of repair, good planning skills, financial literacy
Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, standards regulating quality and environmental protection
Excellent MS Office skills
Category B driver's license
Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills

Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.
