We are currently looking for a new team member to join the Group's Process Management team to help create and consistently develop the Group's business process architecture.

In this position, you will be responsible for a unified business process map and hierarchy (taxonomy) model, process description standards, ensuring their application in all Group companies, and the implementation and development of a process management tool. Your goal is to make the Group's processes clear, comparable, measurable, auditable and adaptable to different businesses, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

  • Creating and maintaining the Ignitis Group's business process architecture: the Group's process map and process hierarchy from L0 to more detailed levels, process naming and description standards, as well as links to the organizational structure and management model;
  • Ensuring consistent application of process architecture in the Group: implementing common architecture principles in different Group companies, ensuring process compatibility, comparability and the principle of a single reliable source of process information;
  • Creating and continuously improving the Group and company process maps: ensuring their relevance, clarity and practical use for process transparency, management, analysis and optimization;
  • Coordinating process architecture development and change initiatives with Group companies: collecting needs, searching for the most appropriate solutions together with process owners and colleagues in the companies, managing agreements, deadlines and implementation progress;
  • Contributing to the implementation and development of the process management tool: shaping the tool structure, ensuring the quality of process data, providing methodological assistance to users and strengthening the consistent use of the tool in the Group;
  • Assessing the maturity, efficiency and links of processes with risks and controls: identifying opportunities for automation, strengthening controls, reducing duplication of activities and clarifying responsibilities, helping to increase operational efficiency and reducing operational and compliance risks;
  • Strengthening the process management culture: encouraging the involvement of process owners and teams, sharing methodological knowledge and helping to strengthen continuous improvement, transparency and cooperation between functions and Group companies.

Important for this position:

  • Higher university education in business process management, economics, information systems, management or other related fields;
  • At least 4 years of experience in the fields of process management, performance improvement and (or) process architecture, working with complex processes covering several functions or companies;
  • Practical experience in creating and developing process architecture, process management system and standards, ensuring their consistent application in the organization; ability to work with process modeling tools, manage process data and ensure their quality;
  • Experience in implementing process harmonization, optimization, automation and digitalization initiatives and the ability to assess the value they create, risks and feasibility;
  • Ability to facilitate Group-wide process reviews and change initiatives, effectively mobilizing and coordinating the interests of different stakeholders to achieve a common result;
  • Ability to identify problems and their causes, structure complex information and provide reasoned recommendations to management and process owners;
  • Experience in developing process management methodologies, guidelines and templates, consulting teams and strengthening organizational process management competencies;
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 4,260 to EUR 6,380 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
