Nature of work
- Activity and project management – you will ensure smooth implementation of renewable energy construction projects, efficient resource allocation, and control of deadlines and budgets.
- Increasing process efficiency – you will analyze and improve operational processes, implement solutions that help manage growing project volumes and costs more effectively.
- Team management – you will coordinate project management teams, set priorities, ensure a clear distribution of responsibilities, provide feedback and develop the team.
- Performance management – you will create and monitor KPIs, analyze results and initiate necessary changes.
- Strategy implementation – together with the management team, you will translate business goals into specific action plans and ensure their implementation.
- Partner and subcontractor management – if necessary, you will be involved in resolving key issues and developing long-term cooperation.
Employee requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in renewable energy activity management, project implementation or construction.
- Strong organizational and execution skills - ability to translate strategic goals into clear actions and measurable results.
- Experience in improving processes, increasing operational efficiency, creating and managing KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills - ability to mobilize a team, develop people and solve complex situations.
- Strategic and systematic thinking and result orientation.
- Ability to make quick decisions, adapt to changes and maintain direction in a dynamic environment.
- Initiative, responsibility and independence.
