OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT PARTNER

you have a higher education;
have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of performance appraisal, applying various employee appraisal models (KPI, OKR);
have experience working with international competency and reward assessment methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson);
have additional qualifications or certificates related to performance appraisal, competency modeling or reward systems (e.g., Korn Ferry Hay Group, SHRM, CIPD) - an advantage;
have worked with performance appraisal and talent management systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or others) - an advantage;
have experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or others);
have good English language skills;
are attentive to details, have a systematic approach, are excellent at working independently, have a high level of responsibility and the ability to solve complex problems.

you will initiate and implement competency map improvement projects, integrating them into performance assessment, job creation and evaluation;
you will develop and improve performance management processes to ensure continuous growth in performance efficiency;
you will monitor performance assessment indicators, analyze data and provide insights for performance improvement;
you will assess job levels, systematically analyze data and provide recommendations to managers;
you will establish and maintain close cooperation with managers at all levels, ensuring effective implementation of performance processes.
