IN DAILY ACTIVITIES:
We are a vending machine department. We are looking for a Kaunas regional manager who enjoys a dynamic work environment, is able to make quick decisions and ensure smooth team operations.
- I will control the work of vending machine operators, plan and distribute tasks and analyze product replenishments in order to increase operational efficiency;
- I will ensure a high level of customer service, investigate complaints, identify technical equipment problems and employee errors;
- I will assess the condition and quality of coffee and snack machines, provide constructive feedback to employees;
- I will monitor the adherence to routes, constantly adjust and optimize them based on employee insights and replenishment analysis;
- You will take care of introducing new employees to work processes, organize their training and contribute to improving the qualifications of the existing team;\
- You will constantly cooperate with the technical department, analyze failures and set priorities for their elimination;
- You will perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
WE WILL BELIEVE:
- You can already indicate successful management experience in your resume;
- You have obtained a higher or higher education, but you understand that professional growth is a continuous process;
- You carry out the assigned tasks responsibly and are able to work independently;
- You have good computer skills;
- You are organized, able to smoothly plan your own time and work and that of the team you supervise;
- You are strongly motivated to learn and want to experience challenges in the Vending field and learn to deal with them;
- You have a category B driver's license and comply with the rules of the Road Traffic Act.
