WHAT TASKS WOULD AWAIT YOU?
- Control of vending machine operators, planning and distribution of work. Analysis of deposits in the machines, in order to increase efficiency;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service. Dealing with complaints, identifying technical equipment problems and employee errors;
- Evaluation of coffee and snack machines, providing feedback to employees;
- Control of adherence to routes. Constantly adjusting them, making them more efficient, based on employee insights and analysis of product deposits;
- Comprehensive training of new employees and introducing them to work processes. Working with existing employees, improving their qualifications, organizing various types of training;
- Constant communication with the technical department, analyzing and prioritizing the logic of troubleshooting;
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the manager.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have received a higher or higher education, but you understand that education is acquired, and personal qualities are developed through character and a desire to improve;
- You responsibly perform the tasks you receive and are able to work independently;
- You have good computer skills;
- You are organized, able to smoothly plan your own time and work and the work of your supervised team;
- You are strongly motivated to learn and want to experience challenges in the Vending field and learn to deal with them;
- You have a category B driver's license and comply with the rules of the Road Traffic Act.
