IN DAILY ACTIVITIES:
We are a vending machine department. We are looking for a Kaunas region manager who enjoys a dynamic work environment, is able to make quick decisions and ensure smooth team operations.
- You will supervise the work of vending machine operators, plan tasks, solve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of daily processes;
- You will analyze replenishment data, optimize routes and look for opportunities to increase operational efficiency;
- You will investigate customer complaints, coordinate problem solving and cooperate with the technical department in troubleshooting;
- You will assess the quality of vending machine service, provide feedback to operators and contribute to their development;
- You will organize training for new employees and strengthen team competencies;
- You will perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
WE HOPE THAT:
- You can already indicate successful team management experience in your resume;
- You have a higher or higher education;
- You are responsible for completing assigned tasks and are able to work independently;
- You have good computer skills;
- You are organized, able to smoothly plan your own time and work and that of your supervised team;
- You are strongly motivated to learn and want to experience challenges in the Vending field and learn how to deal with them;
- You have a category B driver's license and comply with the rules of the Road Traffic Act.
