Join our team as a Vendor Cooperation Baltic Manager and drive the development of strategic vendor partnerships across the Baltics. You will build strong relationships with key partners, act as the main point of contact, and contribute directly to business growth in a dynamic cross-border environment.

- Coordinate the approval and ongoing management of the cooperation strategy, reporting, and terms for vendor partners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Pan-Baltic/local partners.
- Coordinate cooperation strategies at Pan-Baltic and country levels.
- Coordinate implementation of legal frameworks and supporting documents.
Your Profile:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in partnerships or external collaboration.
- Excellent English and Lithuanian skills.
- Proactive, flexible and goal-oriented personality.
