NATURE OF WORK:
- Installation of ventilated facade structures according to design documentation;
- Installation and fastening of insulation materials;
- Installation of aluminum, steel or other subsystems;
- Installation of facade finishing panels (fiber cement, HPL, ceramics, metal, etc.);
- Depending on competence and work results - the opportunity to lead a team.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO US:
- Ensuring the quality of work according to technical requirements and quality standards;
- Compliance with workplace order and safety requirements;
- Daily coordination of the progress of completed work and reporting to the work manager.

WE HOPE YOU:
- reads drawings and technical documentation;
- knows ventilated facade installation technologies;
- self-installs facade subsystems, insulation layer and finishing elements;
- safely works with electric and manual construction tools;
- can responsibly ensure the quality of the work performed in accordance with the project and technical requirements;
- has experience in installing HPL, fiber cement, metal, ceramic or other types of ventilated facades (advantage);
- reads, writes, speaks Lithuanian, English or Russian.
Leadership skills, the ability to organize and coordinate the work of a team of 2–10 people are important for managers.
