Business Analyst

Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Business Analyst to join the Artea bankas team, who would join the anti-money laundering (AML) initiatives and help develop and improve solutions in the areas of KYC, transaction monitoring and risk assessment. In this role, you will not only collect and structure business requirements, but also actively suggest ways to optimize processes, automate controls and improve data quality. You will work closely with business, AML, data analytics and IT teams, ensuring that regulatory requirements are implemented effectively and practically.

Every day you will be #closer and:

• You will analyze business needs in the field of AML (KYC, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, etc.) and translate them into technical requirements (for implementing functionalities in systems, system integrations and creating data management solutions).
• You will not only collect requirements, but also actively suggest ways to improve processes and solutions (automation, efficiency, strengthening controls). You will coordinate technical specifications and other technical documents.
• I will cooperate with AML (line 2), KYC and monitoring teams (line 1), IT architects and data engineers, ensuring that solutions are implemented in a high-quality manner.
• You will contribute to the documentation of software products and business processes.
• You will contribute to the organization and execution of testing.
• You will prepare reports and maintain process indicator reporting systems.
• You will act as a "bridge" between "business" and IT, ensuring mutual understanding.

To be #closer, you will need:

• The ability to think not only "what to do", but also "how to do it better" (proactivity is an essential aspect);
• Higher university education;
• At least 2 years of business analyst or similar work experience;
• Experience in data management (JSON, basic SQL);
• Advanced Excel knowledge;
• Analytical, critical and systematic thinking, independence, diligence and attention to detail;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and principles of financial crime monitoring systems is a very significant advantage;
• Knowledge of banking products and banking principles is an advantage;
• Experience in change and project management is an advantage;
• Insight and responsibility – the ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in one's activities and ensure conscious decision-making;
• Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 2600.00 to 3890.00 EUR excluding taxes.
