- turn financial and operational data into insights that underpin business decisions of the entire organization;
- consolidate and model data from different information systems using artificial intelligence and automation solutions;
- prepare clear reports on the company's financial and operational activities, budgets and plans for profit and other financial indicators;
- initiate and implement operational efficiency, process improvement and savings projects that have a real impact;
- execute financial and operational control - profitability, debt, working capital and investment analysis;
- form and coordinate the company's budget, forecasts, long-term financial and operational plans and annual goals processes.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher university education in the fields of economics, finance, business management;
- has at least 3 years of successful work experience in the field of financial analysis and data analytics;
- is able to prepare long-term and annual plans for the company's financial and ongoing activities;
- is familiar with financial accounting and reporting standards;
- is able to systematize, process and analyze large data sets, prepare conclusions, create reports;
- has excellent MS Excel skills and experience using Power BI reports, experience in preparing presentations is an advantage;
- is characterized by strong analytical and strategic thinking, initiative and orientation towards the highest quality and results;
- knows English;
- advantage - has obtained an ACCA or CFA certificate.
