We are looking for a Business Analyst who is able to analyze data, identify market trends, and translate numbers into clear insights for business decisions.
In this position, you will focus on real estate market analysis - monitoring market developments, evaluating data, analyzing the competitive environment, and contributing to business decision-making.

Your main responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting real estate market data.
- Monitoring market trends, prices, supply and demand changes.
- Analyzing the competitive environment and market participants.
- Preparing business and market reports and analyses.
- Structuring data and creating and improving analytical models.
- Analyzing key business indicators and providing insights to management.
- Assisting in evaluating new business and investment opportunities.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to achieve data-driven decisions.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education in finance, economics, business analytics, mathematics or similar field.
- Experience in a business, finance, market or data analyst position.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a great advantage.
- Excellent Excel skills or knowledge of other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, structure them and present clear conclusions.
- Analytical and logical thinking, diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently plan your work and take responsibility for the result.
