BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT SUCCESS MANAGER
Location: Vilnius or Kaunas | Type: Full-time | Work model: Hybrid
Cargo Stream is an innovative IT company developing an advanced Transport Management System (TMS) based on applied Artificial Intelligence (applied A.I.). Our solutions help automate and optimize logistics chains across Europe.
We are currently recruiting a Business Analyst to join the team, who will have the opportunity to contribute to product development, customer engagement and successful implementation projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs, business processes and system requirements.
• Coordinate product implementation projects and ensure their successful implementation.
• Collaborate with IT team and customers to develop functionality.
• Consult customers on usage and process optimization issues (Success Management).
• Analyze the indicators of the implemented project (Case Studies)
• Actively participate in product improvement and innovation initiatives.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of work experience in the positions of business / systems analyst, project manager or Success Manager.
• Ability to clearly formulate requirements and collect information.
• Analytical thinking, structured approach to problem solving.
• Advantage: knowledge of English (written and oral).
