Monthly salary: €2,270.00 - €3,400.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the business needs of the operations management system in accordance with the LTG Cargo strategy
- Ensure the smoothness of the requirements analysis process for the implementation and improvement of IT systems
- Analyze and model business processes, provide optimization proposals
- Prepare clear requirements documents: BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Coordinate the coordination of requirements with business, IT, architects and suppliers
- Evaluate solutions, participate in architectural and technical direction discussions
- Supervise testing and participate in the UAT process
- Conduct training, prepare instructions and other documentation
What do we expect?
- Higher education (in the fields of business analytics, economics, IT, management - an advantage)
- Experience in the role of business or systems analyst in IT implementation or transformation projects
- Excellent process analysis, BPMN/UML knowledge
- Ability to moderate requirements sessions and manage the expectations of stakeholders
- Good integration, data understanding of flows and IT systems
- Ability to prepare clear specifications, documentation, user stories
- Testing experience - an advantage
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, excellent English knowledge (C1)
