What will you do for our team?
You will analyze the processes and KPIs of the audit and accounting departments to help the team operate more efficiently;
You will provide recommendations to management on improving processes and procedures;
You will prepare data-driven reports;
You will monitor the implementation of BDO Lithuania quality standards and contribute to their strengthening;
You will assess the internal control system and propose solutions for its improvement;
You will cooperate with other departments, ensuring consistency of quality standards.

What do we expect from you?
Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, operational risk analysis or work in the field of audit;
Knowledge of the requirements governing audit and accounting activities;
Excellent knowledge of English (not lower than B2);
Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, responsibility and initiative;
Ability to effectively plan time and organize work;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work smoothly in a team;
Experience with KPI monitoring would be an advantage.
