Nature of work

  • Prepare periodic sales, profitability and other operational and financial management reports.
  • Analyze performance results in various sections, identify reasons for deviations from the budget, provide insights and prepare presentations.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, help business teams create it with insights, critically evaluate assumptions. Prepare forecasts.
  • Actively engage in the implementation of analytics tools, loyalty and other systems.
  • Contribute to the improvement of analytics, finance and business processes and data quality assurance.
  • Model and perform other ad-hoc analyses to help business teams make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Higher university education (in economics, finance, accounting).
  • At least 2 years of business or financial analysis work experience in a business company (retail is an advantage).
  • Very good knowledge of Excel functions and practical use (knowledge of other analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Power Query) is a big advantage).
  • Initiative, analytical thinking, understanding of business processes and result orientation.
  • Ability to cooperate with business teams, mediating between business and technical solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of English or Polish.
