Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Improve and automate existing and create new reports in the Qlik Sense environment, ensure their monitoring
- Process, systematize and analyze key business indicators
- Monitor and assess deviations and trends in performance indicators, provide insights and suggestions for optimization
- Systematize and process large amounts of data from various information systems
- Prepare and provide information in various sections as needed
- Initiate and implement innovative business analytics automation solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues from various fields on data, reports and performance indicator automation issues
- Curate projects, their documentation and ensure smooth communication
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- 2-3 years of practical experience in data analysis and/or reporting and the ability to work independently with various data sources
- You are familiar with the basic principles of data management
- You have worked with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc.
- You are able to work effectively with large amounts of data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency and reliability
- You have strong Excel skills, analytical thinking and the ability to notice patterns and trends
- You communicate clearly and structuredly both in writing and orally, and are able to present complex information in an understandable way
It is an advantage if you have experience in developing data preparation processes (ETL/ELT) and data warehouses (DWH), using tools such as SQL / SSIS / ADF / Fabric / dbt and the ability to model data structures (star/snowflake).
