Monthly salary: €2,870.00 - €4,300.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and application of unified LTG Group financial methodologies, processes and automated tools
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes in LTG Group companies
- Assist in the preparation, consolidation and analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual results of LTG Group companies' portfolios
- Prepare regular management reports and provide financial insights to LTG Group management, in cooperation with the FP&A team
- Participate in analyzing costs and applying unified cost allocation principles in LTG Group
- Seek opportunities to simplify and improve planning and reporting processes in LTG Group companies
- Ensure correct calculation and distribution of management fees to group companies
- Cooperate with LTG Group companies' finance and business teams
What do we expect?
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or similar. in the field
- Experience in financial planning, analysis or control
- Experience in creating Power BI reports and Excel queries
- Basic IFRS, consolidation knowledge
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers and models
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team
- Willingness to learn, improve and contribute to achieving the common goals of the LTG Group
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
