We will trust you:
- Develop, administer and improve business analytics solutions and ensure their successful implementation in the company;
- Analyze, model and interpret data in order to make data-driven business decisions;
- Identify opportunities for improving processes, data and reports and actively contribute to their implementation;
- Cooperate with teams from other departments, explaining business needs and finding the most effective solutions;
- Analyze electrical product data, evaluate their performance indicators and provide recommendations for improving products and processes;
- Prepare, maintain and improve reports for internal and external customers;
- Create and maintain data visualizations tailored to the needs of different business users;
- Contribute to data quality assurance, implementation of analytics standards and development of BI solutions.
We would like you to:
- You would have at least 2 years of experience in business, data, BI analytics;
- You would have SQL basics and practical experience working with data;
- You would have worked with business analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense);
- You would be able to analyze customer needs, understand them and offer appropriate solutions;
- You would have excellent command of Lithuanian, and you would be able to read, write and understand information fluently in English;
- You would be able to present your thoughts clearly and in a reasoned manner and substantiate your insights;
- You would be diligent, responsible, independent and result-oriented;
- You would be a knowledgeable user of computer technologies (MS Office programs).
