Your responsibilities
- Analysis of operational data (sales volumes, prices, revenues, profitability, orders, etc.), identification of trends, deviations and their causes;
- Interpretation of analysis results, formulation of key insights and recommendations and presentation to internal users;
- Active participation in the preparation of sales budget, short-term and long-term sales forecasts;
- Comparison of results with budget and forecasts, analysis and explanation of significant deviations;
- Participation in the month-end closing process, analysis of financial results and explanation of key changes;
- Participation in pricing, price changes and other commercial analyses;
- Analysis of the performance of the carton market, major manufacturers and suppliers;
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc analyses, reports and presentations;
- Implementation and improvement of controls;
- Improvement of existing reports and analytical processes, search for opportunities for automation and more efficient use of data.
There is no hybrid, remote work.
Your profile
- Higher education (Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics);
- Experience in business, finance, sales or other data-driven analytical field;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, ability to notice connections, trends and deviations, delve into their causes and formulate clear conclusions;
- Very good MS Excel skills and ability to work effectively with large amounts of data; Power Query, Power Pivot and/or Power BI experience would be a great advantage;
- Understanding of business processes; understanding of the production environment or production processes would be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with colleagues from different functions;
- Curiosity, initiative, ability to quickly understand new information.
