Today, we are inviting a Business Analyst in the field of credit risk to the Artea bankas team, who will help you better understand and use credit data for credit risk management and business decision-making. In this position, you will delve into the structure and logic of credit data, work with the SAS environment and contribute to the development of credit risk analytics and reports. You will work with large amounts of data, have the opportunity to deepen your expert knowledge and contribute to data-driven decisions at the Bank.


Every day you will be #closer and:

• You will delve into how credit data is formed and used, and be able to identify the necessary data for different Credit risk and business needs;
• You will be the main person in the team who can explain the logic of credit data in the SAS environment and help apply it to analytics and decision-making;
• You will prepare and develop credit risk, loan portfolio and lending activity reports, ensure the quality and reliability of their data;
• Using SAS, you will analyze large amounts of data, create the necessary data extracts and analytical solutions;
• You will analyze the structure, trends and risk indicators of the loan portfolio, identify significant changes and potential risks;
• You will contribute to the development of EWI (Early Warning Indicators) and other credit risk monitoring solutions;
• You will automate and optimize the processes of report and data preparation;
• You will participate in changes in credit and credit risk, assess their impact on data, calculation logic and reports;
• I have collaborated with Credit Risk, Product, Finance, IT and other teams, helping to translate data needs into clear analytical solutions.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Experience working with SAS and the ability to independently analyze and process large amounts of data;
• The ability not only to prepare a report, but also to understand the data behind it, its sources, relationships and business logic;
• Experience in the field of lending, credit risk, finance or other data analytics;
• The ability to systematically understand complex data structures and become an expert in their field;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking and the ability to notice data discrepancies and their causes;
• Very good Excel skills;
• The ability to independently manage your area of responsibility and cooperate with different teams in the Bank;
• Good knowledge of English.

We would consider the following as an advantage:

• Knowledge of lending processes and loan portfolio data;
• Experience with credit risk indicators, EWI or other risk monitoring solutions;
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other data analysis and visualization tools;
• Experience in automating reports or analytical processes.
