Head of Business Analytics | Head of BI

We are looking for a Business Analytics Manager who will be responsible for the organization's business insights and business analytics direction. This position is a strategic link between data and business decisions: you will help transform the KPI system into a clear, effective set of indicators and turn complex data into understandable insights for management.
One of the main priorities is the transformation of the reporting and data query process, implementing self-service analytics solutions, optimizing the existing reporting system and ensuring effective management of individual analytics needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Formulate and develop a business analytics (BI) strategy that meets real business needs
• Lead the review and transformation of the KPI system — from metrics collection to a clear, consistently managed indicator framework
• Translate data and analytical insights into strategic recommendations for management
• Redesign the existing report request process: create self-service solutions where needs are repetitive and standardized
• Perform an audit of existing reports — identify and eliminate duplicate, outdated or obsolete reports
• Ensure that individual (boutique) or non-standard analytics needs are addressed in a structured manner, following BI best practice principles
• Collaborate with business units, IT and data teams to create a sustainable and scalable BI architecture
• Lead and/or form a BI team, set work priorities and quality standards
