Monthly salary: €2,980.00 - €4,470.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Management of the portfolio of assigned systems and coordination of support throughout the entire lifecycle
- Analysis, assessment of customer business needs, search for the best solutions and coordination of implementation
- Presentation and coordination of solutions with business representatives, IT architects, other internal and/or external IT specialists
- Ensuring the preparation of documentation and participation in the preparation of technical specifications
- Ensuring the resolution of customer requests (ITIL, L3) in the curated systems
- Participation in public procurement procedures, further monitoring of the services provided by the supplier according to the concluded IS development and maintenance agreement
- Coordination of the implementation of IT compliance systems - GDPR, cybersecurity, audit recommendations and other measures ensuring system security and compliance with requirements
- Participation in IT projects/programs - preparation of functional and non-functional requirements, participation in the stages of implementation and testing, transfer to the operational level
- User training, consulting
What we hope?
- Higher education (preferably in the field of exact sciences)
- Similar work experience
- Experience in digitalization of business processes (directions - transport engineering, digitalization of customer activity support systems)
- IT experience: work in integrative IT projects, ability to understand and communicate on IT topics, understanding of general system architectural schemes, work in ensuring system maintenance and development, supplier management
- Experience in public procurement (in the role of a procurement expert or technical specifications developer)
- Excellent analytical thinking, skills in managing and systematizing large information flows (advantage - basics of data analytics)
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and in a large project team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, good command of English (not lower than B2 level)
