RNDV Group of Companies is expanding its Business Compliance team and is looking for a leader who will ensure unified business compliance management across all group companies. In this position, you will be responsible not only for developing processes and standards, but also for coordinating the team's activities and finding solutions in a constantly changing international environment, ensuring effective cooperation between business, finance, HR and external partners.
WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Lead the business compliance department, create a unified compliance control system, implement standards, identify risks and initiate their solutions
- Ensure that employee posting, migration, labor law and tax requirements processes comply with the requirements of different countries
- Analyze changes in international markets and help the organization adapt to new legal and operational requirements
- Consult managers and the team on compliance issues and help make business decisions
- Cooperate with foreign partners, consultants and institutions
- If necessary, travel to foreign countries, analyze local requirements and help implement changes

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Higher education in business management, law, finance or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in leading a team or coordinating the activities of specialists
- Experience in the areas of secondment of employees, migration, international labor law, taxes or business compliance
- Ability to see the big picture of the organization and systematize processes
- Independence, initiative and solution orientation
- Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing international environment
