The Lithuanian Red Cross is looking for a BUSINESS (B2B) SALES MANAGER to help Lithuanian companies prepare their employees and their families for crisis situations.
What will you sell?
Not an abstract idea, but practical training that saves lives and ensures preparedness:
- first aid training;
- civil protection and crisis preparedness training, so that every employee knows what to do in the event of a crisis or war;
- training for employees' families, so that their loved ones know how to act;
- psychological first aid training.
What are you going to do?
- actively seek new business clients and initiate contact yourself;
- call and arrange meetings with company managers, personnel and safety personnel;
- meet with clients, find out their needs and offer the most suitable solutions;
- prepare commercial offers, negotiate and lead sales until the contract is signed;
- take care of existing clients and build long-term cooperation.
We are looking for you if:
- you are active and courageous: a call and a visit to an unfamiliar company manager are a normal working day for you, not a challenge;
- you like lively meetings and feel confident talking to decision-makers;
- you know how to not only speak, but also listen;
- you are independent, persistent and strive for results;
