Main responsibilities:
- Administer information flows, correspondence, invoices, contracts;
- Administer orders and supplies of office supplies;
- Assist colleagues with daily administrative and organizational issues;
- Assist in organizing internal and external events;
- Contribute to colleagues' project work;
- Assist colleagues in reserving conference rooms.
Requirements:
- Organization, positivity, initiative, responsibility;
- Excellent knowledge of clerical rules, document preparation;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian (optional);
- Ability to manage and systematize information;
- Good computer skills;
- Similar work experience (in administration / customer service).
