What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- to cooperate directly with business center tenants: to promptly respond to problems and malfunctions, provide them with comprehensive assistance, maintain constant communication both verbally and in writing, ensure order in the business center spaces;
- to communicate with various service providers, organize service orders, order the necessary goods;
- to prepare and administer contracts, issue invoices, work with documents and e-systems;
- to manage the flow of calls, electronic inquiries, letters and parcels;
- to initiate and implement ideas for maintaining a good mood and atmosphere, organize events.
We believe that you:
- you have a higher education;
- you have similar work experience in a business center or customer service area;
- you can boast good computer skills;
- you have excellent Lithuanian and very good English skills;
- one of your strengths is organization, quick reaction and helpfulness;
- you have excellent communication skills, diplomacy, you believe that you would properly represent our company in daily communication with successfully working Lithuanian and international companies;
- you are positive, flexible, attentive to details, have a strong customer orientation and quality results.
