Nature of work:
- Welcoming and directing guests, providing information about the business center;
- Administration of premises rental;
- Preparation and administration of contracts;
- Assistance to business center tenants;
- Periodic inspection of the territory, recording defects, ensuring maintenance of the business center's economy;
- Supervision and work control of the team providing cleaning services;
- Administration of business center systems (car parking, entrance control, work distribution) and services provided in the business center;
- Administration of customer needs and providing feedback to them.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in the field of real estate rental would be considered an advantage;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent negotiation, organizational and analytical skills, result-oriented;
- Impeccable knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;

Salary
1200-1500

The salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and results, and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
