About Ober-Haus
Ober-Haus is expanding its commercial real estate team and is looking for someone to help Class A and B business centers find suitable tenants, and companies find spaces that meet their needs.
Your responsibilities:
- active search for potential tenants and building relationships with company managers;
- clarification of client needs, preparation of proposals and presentation of premises;
- negotiations on commercial terms and management of the entire rental process until the contract is signed;
- implementation of business center rental strategies;
- monitoring the office market, competitor supply and rental prices.
We hope that:
- have B2B sales, business development or commercial real estate experience;
- are able to independently search for clients, negotiate and achieve results;
- know how to listen to client needs and build long-term relationships;
- communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- are proactive, organized and finish what you start;
- direct real estate rental experience would be a great advantage, but your sales motivation and ability to quickly understand the commercial real estate market are no less important to us.
We offer:
- salary from 1,700 EUR to 5,000 EUR per month in your hands, depending on experience and competencies;
