We are currently recruiting a Business Insurance Expert in Vilnius to join our team. If you love to communicate, know how to sell and do it better every day, and adrenaline in achieving victories is a real vitamin for you, then we are looking for you.

What will your working day look like?

· You will gain valuable experience working with existing business clients according to the assigned portfolio of valuable clients

· You will find out the needs of clients and attract new clients

· You will prepare and present insurance solutions to business clients

· You will cooperate with other departments of the company in serving business clients

· Higher/college education;

· Sales experience for the business segment (B2B), knowledge of insurance products - would be an advantage;

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

· Result orientation;

· Good computer skills (MS Office and other things);

· Do you speak English?

· Driver's license – we said that work is dynamic, right?

Salary? For the first 6 months – from €2,000 (before taxes and consisting of a fixed part of €1,250 + a guaranteed bonus of up to €750, which may increase depending on your results). From the 7th month, your salary will consist of a fixed part + unlimited bonuses depending on your work and results. On average, colleagues earn about €4,000 per month (before taxes).
