We are currently recruiting a Business Insurance Manager in Klaipėda to join our team. If you love to communicate, know how to sell and do it better every day, and adrenaline in achieving victories is a real vitamin for you, then we are looking for you.

What will your working day look like?

• Active customer search, calls and meetings with them
• You will find out customer needs and attract new customers
• You will sell insurance products to small business clients
• Collaborate with risk assessors and marketing managers to prepare new offers for clients

• Higher university education
• At least 2 years of sales experience (in the B2B segment would be an advantage)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented
• Good computer skills (MS Office and other things)
• Do you speak English?
• Driver's license – we said the job was dynamic, right?

Salary? For the first 6 months while you strengthen your competencies, learn and develop - we will pay you a salary of at least 1,800 EUR (before taxes), which consists of a fixed part of 1,235 EUR and a bonus of about 565 EUR. If you do better - there is no ceiling on the salary. From the 7th month of work, the salary consists of a fixed part of 1,235 EUR and a variable part, which is unlimited and depends on the employee's own results (on average, bonuses amount to 1,300 EUR per month (excluding taxes)).
