We are currently recruiting a Business Insurance Manager in Klaipėda to join our team. If you like to communicate, know how to sell and do it better every day, and the adrenaline of achieving victories is a real vitamin for you, then we are looking for you.

Salary? For the first 6 months while you strengthen your competencies, learn and develop - we will pay you at least 1,800 EUR (before taxes), which consists of a fixed part of 1,235 EUR and a bonus of about 565 EUR. If you do better - there is no ceiling for the salary. From the 7th month of work, the salary consists of a fixed part of 1,235 EUR and a variable part, which is unlimited and depends on the employee's own results (on average, bonuses per month amounts to EUR 2,200 (excluding taxes).
