WE WILL BE ASSUMED THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting and visualization – create interactive reports (Power BI, Excel) that make complex data clear and easy to understand.
Data analysis and modeling – analyze performance and operational data, apply statistical methods and provide insights, improve the KPI indicator system.
Performance analysis – evaluate production processes, resource use, identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity and profitability.
Automation and optimization – participate in the development and implementation of analytical tools, work closely with IT to make data management as efficient as possible.
Collaboration with teams – work with different departments to use data strategically and create added value for the business.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
Education in econometrics, statistics, mathematics or other exact sciences.
2 years of work experience working in a data analysis, financial analyst or similar position (in a manufacturing company - an advantage).
Experience working with SQL and/or Python. Strong knowledge of PowerBI and Excel.
Ability to clearly and understandably present data and insights, communicate with employees of different departments and levels.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
We would consider participation in the implementation of ERP systems, their knowledge as an advantage.
