Your main responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis and Insights:
You will prepare reports and data-driven analyses, analyze business performance indicators, identify business opportunities and risks, and provide conclusions and recommendations to help make effective decisions.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, develop and improve controls to ensure data quality.
  • Data Process Efficiency and Report Automation:
You will seek opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve existing analytics solutions, and contribute to more efficient data use in the organization.
  • Partnership with business teams:
You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and offer data-driven solutions.

What do we expect from you?

  • Education in economics, finance, data analysis or similar fields.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to systematize, summarize, interpret and communicate information clearly and simply.
  • Experience working with large amounts of data and database management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team and effectively communicate insights to different audiences.
  • Initiative, result-oriented and a desire to find more effective solutions.
  • Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in working with MS Excel.
  • Tableau, Power BI or similar tools, SQL skills.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in programming languages (R, Python or others) (an advantage).
