Join Bunasta at an important stage of growth, moving from fragmented, manual reporting to a centralized data platform. The company is looking for someone who would become a bridge between the business that needs answers today and the data architecture of the future. As the data warehouse grows, so will your role - from preparing reports to forming a system for measuring the performance of the entire group.
Primary responsibilities
- Manage and maintain periodic reports: turnover, debts, monthly bonuses, performance efficiency, etc.
- Maintain and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Execute ad hoc data queries from operations, finance, sales and management, transforming vague queries into clear and useful results.
- Investigate and troubleshoot data quality issues: inconsistencies between systems, incorrect entries in ERP and accounting platforms.
- Prepare targeted data analyses for customer segmentation, manager assignment audit, workload assessment and other business needs.
- Communicate with business representatives, clarify the true purpose of queries, question assumptions and suggest the most appropriate metrics and solutions.
- Contribute to data migration to DWH together with the team and help form a data model from a user perspective.
Position requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with complex, multi-source data (ERP, accounting platforms, exports) and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Ability to ask questions, question assumptions and ensure that analysis helps make decisions.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Russian or Polish would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage a constant flow of requests, set priorities and clearly communicate about the progress of work.
- Experience working with Snowflake, dbt or modern cloud data warehouses would be an advantage.
- Basics of Python for data processing would be an advantage.
- Experience in logistics, customs, finance or other data-driven business areas would be an advantage.
