We are currently looking for a Business Financing Manager who will work with Lithuanian business clients and accompany them throughout the entire financing process: from the first interview and application assessment to financing approval by the credit committee and signing of the contract. Some of the inquiries are generated by the company, but this position is focused on active customer acquisition.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:
■Fixed salary from €3,200 to €3,650 gross and a quarterly bonus depending on the amount of financing issued.

IN THIS HEADING:
■You will actively attract clients: you will look for opportunities among previous applications and former clients, you will interview businesses at exhibitions and events, and in case of lower traffic, you will take additional initiatives.
■You will work with incoming business applications: you will contact clients, clarify needs and collect documents.
■You will assess the company's financial condition and financing needs and prepare an application assessment for the credit committee.
■You will represent the client in the credit committee: you will substantiate why it is worth financing.
■You will lead the transaction until signing: you will monitor the progress of documents and deadlines and ensure that applications do not get stuck.
■You will achieve goals for the amount of financing issued.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
■At least 2 years of experience in the field of business lending or financing, working in sales or with clients: in a bank (SME segment), credit union, crowdfunding platform or alternative financing company.
■Knowledge of credit risk: you are able to assess the financial condition of the company and the project.
■Proactivity: you do not wait for the client to contact you: you boldly call, talk and consistently strive for a result.
■Ability to negotiate: you know how to defend your position with arguments.
■Communicative and relationship-building skills: you enjoy communicating with business people and building long-term relationships.
■Languages: you speak Lithuanian fluently, English very well (verbally and in writing).
■Advantage: experience in project financing.
■Knowledge of credit risk: you are able to assess the financial condition of the company and the project.
