Main responsibilities:
- To form team goals, organize activities, develop and motivate the team, ensuring the achievement of results
- In cooperation with business units, prepare and evaluate business initiatives, investment projects using NPV and DCF methods, provide recommendations and insights for decision-making
- To organize and ensure timely preparation, coordination, and approval of the financial part of the company's management report, budget, and strategy
- To prepare and coordinate the material provided to the group of companies and the company's board, ensuring the quality and timely submission of financial and performance analysis
- To ensure the preparation of company activity reports, conduct deviation analysis, control the implementation of activities, participate in the period closing process
- To analyze and control the validity of service profitability and cost allocation, provide proposals for adjusting cost allocation and management accounting architecture, organize cost calculation of services provided
- Organize and carry out the company's business control processes, identify risks and take action to manage them
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, analyze, initiate and implement new solutions
- Participate in the financial audit process
- Organize the implementation of ongoing changes
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the fields of exact sciences, economics or finance
- At least 3 years of management experience
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of finance, business control, business analysis or strategy
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, the ability to systematize and summarize information, and manage large amounts of information.
- Very good Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Macros, Power BI)
- Experience working with AI tools and SAP program (would be an advantage)
- Fluent Lithuanian, English at least B2 level
