Responsibilities after joining the team:

You will evaluate investment projects - you will prepare business plans for new business directions, production and processing capacities, financial models, assess investment returns, payback and risks.
You will analyze acquisition opportunities for companies - you will evaluate the financial results, activities, market position of potential companies to be acquired, determine their value, model acquisition and financing scenarios.
You will analyze the efficiency of business activities - you will evaluate operational processes, capacity utilization, cost, profitability and look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
You will prepare financial analyses and forecasts - you will participate in the budgeting process, analyze actual results, cash flows, financial indicators and the reasons for their deviations.
You will analyze the market and business environment - you will evaluate raw material flows, market demand, prices, competitive environment and the impact of regulatory changes on the business.
You will provide insights and recommendations to management - you will present the results of the analysis, justify the proposed solutions and contribute to the adoption of strategic business decisions.

Higher education in finance, economics, business analysis or similar field.
Experience in preparing financial models, business plans, budgets and evaluating investment projects.
Good knowledge of financial analysis and company valuation methods (DCF, EBITDA multiples, NPV, IRR, etc.).
Knowledge of M&A processes and key stages of company acquisitions. Practical experience in participating in company acquisition projects is an advantage.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, draw conclusions and provide reasonable recommendations.
Excellent skills in working with MS Excel.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
